Cancellations & changes

Camping: Guests may change or cancel a reservation until 12pm on the day of check-in. Otherwise the first night is charged at the full rate.

“No Shows” are charged for the first night of the reservation and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled.

A $20 deposit taken at the initial time of booking is non-refundable.

Cabins: Guests may change or cancel a reservation until 14 days prior to check-in. Otherwise the first night is charged at the full rate.

A $50 deposit taken at the initial time of booking is non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made via email to info@arrowvale.ca or live over the phone. Voicemail and Facebook cancellations will not be accepted.
