Cancellations and Alterations

Camping: Guests may alter or cancel a reservation for no less than 48 hours prior to check-in. Otherwise the first night will be charged at full rate. $20 booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations must be made via email to info@arrowvale.ca Phone and Facebook cancellations will not be accepted.

Cabins: Guests may alter or cancel a reservation no less than 14 days prior to check-in. Otherwise the first night will be charged at full rate. $50 booking fee is non-refundable.  Cancellations must be made via email to info@arrowvale.ca Phone and Facebook cancellations will not be accepted.

Online booking fees are not refundable.
